KORDLUME / LEGAL
Website Terms
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
These Website Terms govern use of Kordlume.com and its publicly available content and features. These terms do not by themselves create a client-service relationship.
Any paid website, lead-system, automation, consulting, or other client project is governed by the applicable proposal, Order Form / Scope of Work, Client Services Agreement, invoice terms, or other written agreement accepted for that project.
1. Acceptance of Website Terms
By accessing or using Kordlume.com, you agree to these Website Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.
2. About Kordlume.com
The website provides information about Kordlume’s website-design, lead-capture, lead-response, automation, and related services for contractors and home-service businesses. Public website content is general information and does not guarantee that Kordlume will accept a particular project.
3. Project Inquiries
Submitting the Start Your Project form or otherwise contacting Kordlume is an inquiry only. An inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, reserve a project start date, or obligate either party to enter into a project.
A client relationship begins only when the applicable project terms have been accepted and any required initial payment has been made.
4. Pricing and Service Information
Publicly displayed package prices and descriptions describe standard offerings. Final project scope, deliverables, pricing, third-party expenses, recurring costs if applicable, payment schedule, and other project-specific terms are confirmed before work begins through the applicable project documents.
Kordlume may update future website pricing or offerings. Website updates do not unilaterally change an already accepted client agreement.
5. No Guarantee of Business Results
Kordlume does not guarantee leads, customers, sales, revenue, profit, website traffic, conversion rates, search-engine rankings, advertising performance, return on investment, or any particular business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside Kordlume’s control.
6. Website Information
Kordlume attempts to keep public website information useful and accurate, but does not guarantee that every piece of website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every visitor’s circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
Kordlume.com and its original branding, site design, text, graphics, logos, layouts, and other Kordlume-created public website materials are owned by or licensed to Kordlume and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website for legitimate personal or business-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, copy, impersonate, or commercially exploit protected Kordlume website content without authorization, except as permitted by law.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not knowingly interfere with website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; misuse forms; submit fraudulent or unlawful information; impersonate another person or business; use automated systems to abuse or overload the website; or use the website for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party hosting, form processing, analytics, email, automation, software, or other services. Kordlume does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, content, security, or practices. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Website Availability
Kordlume does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Maintenance, outages, network problems, third-party failures, security issues, or other events may temporarily affect access or functionality.
11. Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through Kordlume.com is described in the Kordlume Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kordlume.com and its public informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits protections available under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kordlume will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website.
This public Website Terms limitation does not replace or modify liability terms contained in a separately accepted client agreement. It does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Website Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights. This responsibility is limited to losses or claims resulting from your conduct and remains subject to applicable law.
15. Changes to the Website or Terms
Kordlume may update the public website and these Website Terms periodically. Updated terms apply prospectively from their posted effective date. Updating these Website Terms does not change an existing signed client contract or other accepted project agreement.
16. Governing Law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable law.
17. Severability
If a provision of these Website Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
